Had few fake accounts registered by Spams and Scammers, and one of them tried to have a conversation with me on yahoo so I ignored the user and found the matching account on Memberlist so I banned the user and removed the account.

I am forced to restrict access to certain area such as forum, calender, and picture gallery so they can not duplicate our pictures and claim it is them when they are trying to con other deaf people.  I feel I have to do this to protect the members.  So to have a full access, you need to register for an account and I need to valid that this is who you are before I can approve your account.  If you already have an account, just login and then you will have full access.  As a guest, your access is limited to "News".  That's it!

Welcome to "upgraded" version of North Carolina Deaf Bikers website.   Due to constant updated in code and server system, I do not have the time or energy to keep up to date with programming code and server system in order to update the custom code I originally designed for NCDB website so I am left with no choice but to abandon my little project in order to switch to an open-source code.  I have chosen to use Simple Machines Forum along with it's sister portal site, TinyPortal.

With this script, I trust that the website will run by itself with minor bugs as long as I can keep it up to date. ; Good new is that anytime there is an update or upgrade of version, I will be notified by email so I can keep up just like most of you update your Microsoft with Window Update.

GALLERY:  Something that was not perfected or fixed by me in my custom code, I took a liberty of adding SMF-Media Gallery so you can stop filling my email inbox with all of your event pictures. ; I have went ahead and created Member Album so you can upload a picture of your and your motorcycle, and I have created few Album based on several events ;I know you guys made a trip to. ; If you don't see any and need new Album created for right event, just let me know by email or by VP and I will gladly add new Album for you. ; It will take only a minute for me to login and get new Album set up.

CALENDER:I am not 100% sure but I think that we can add new events to the calender and everyone will get 7 days notice before the event date by personal email. ; Also, good news is that you will get Happy Birthday email from this website! hehe!

NEWS:  Now we can start posting news with ease and try to keep everybody updated.

EMAIL MAILING LIST:  This system will allow me to assign some of the officer the administrator right to access to Administration Section and send everyone email at once without having to add new email address. ; Just be sure that you keep up to date with your email with your profile!
